Lightning Partners Continues Expansion with Addition of Cameron Lewis
NEW YORK, April 10, 2022 -- Lightning Partners, an independent investment bank serving high-growth technology companies, announced today that Cameron Lewis has joined the company as a Vice President, and will be based in New York City.
Prior to joining Lightning Partners, Mr. Lewis advised on software M&A transactions at a middle market boutique investment bank, Spurrier Capital Partners, for nearly seven years. While at Spurrier, Mr. Lewis’ primary focus areas were in the firm’s communications software vertical where he specialized in customer engagement, employee communications and digital workplace software, human capital management, and video technologies, among others. During his career, Mr. Lewis has worked on more than twenty transactions totaling more than $2 billion in aggregate consideration.
